Avaible for producing three layers bubble film; four layers poly bubble film, or five layres foil bubble film, mentalized foil laminating air bubble film.

Full automatic specification available if required:

automatic material loading, auto cutting / winding, perforator, edge trimming recycling, auto screen changer.

Suitable lamination material: PE coated material (PET coated aluminum foil, Mpet film; PE coated kraft paper, EPE foam, non-woven fabric, PP/PE printed film etc.,)

Finished bubble wrap range in below:

2layers: flat pe+ bubble pe (main extruder working)

3~4layers: flat pe+ bubble pe+ flat pe; al-foil+ flat pe+ bubble pe+flat pe (main+vice extruder working)

5layers: al-foil/kraft + flat pe+ bubble pe+ flat pe+ al-foil/kraft (main+vice extruder+lamination working)
